- vintage playskool -

So cute on Ebay. I love this Playskool pull toy...just the right amount of wear. I especially love the eyes. Sale ends in 3 hours.

< shabby chic >

I got these quite awhile ago at a thrift store...somewhere. It's been long enough I don't even remember! But I love them. They are beat up in just the right way. They probably used to be part of a mobile or lamp base. I'm not sure what to do with them, but for now they are fun to play with.

Bibliodyssey brings me such joy when they have posts like this one a few days ago. Oh my goodness. What can I say; just look at these letters! Doesn't get any more gorgeous than that.

Handmade Vintage Design Ceramics

Here's something to put on your birthday wish list: Fruit Fly Pie's adorable ceramic critters. Thanks for the great find goes to the Je Voudrais Que blog, on a previous post this month. Check out the Fruit Fly Pie Etsy shop to see all their products, because they come in many fun color variations. I just happen to love white.

Morning Glory Antique Jewelry

Why do I keep doing posts about jewelry? I guess it just is an inspiring category to me. Who knows. But I knew I had to share my discovery of the fantastic online shop of Morning Glory Antiques & Jewelry. Prepare to go nuts. Some of the stuff is pretty $$$. But you could probably find a pretty piece that fits your pocketbook.

Harold & Jane Vintage Handmade Jewelry

This is one of my favorite Etsy jewelry stores: Harold & Jane. Can you tell I love round beads and chunky gold chains? I honestly want to buy something. (Hint husband Travis: Mother's Day gift...)

Jewell's Picks & Pics: Vintage Fabric Frocks

The Daily Candy Kids New York just featured Soho Kids' Etsy shop this morning. Cute stuff...and note: it's made from vintage fabrics! Take a look at that oh-so-modern-New-York detailing. Each piece is unique. Which makes the prices look less daunting and more...endearing.
