••• cake & cupcake stands •••
Clever and beautiful handmade cake stands from Vessels & Wares. What a great idea for a birthday, shower or wedding! A perfect gift where the honoree can have their cake...and cake stand, too! Creator Jeannette Zeis was a featured seller on Etsy.

[ beautiful room ]
I was at the doctor's office reading Country Living magazine in the waiting room, and I just loved this ad I saw from Shaw Floors. I would love to build a house with stone walls.

- Petunia Pickle Bottom Spring 2010 -
I have always and will always want one of these bags! (The top one's my fave, a 10th Anniversary limited edition bag, $210). Maybe with this baby? See them all (and more, such as baby carriers) at Petunia Pickle Bottom.

< amazing rocking toys >
These rocking animals from Russ's Rural Rockers are several thousand dollars a piece, but can't you see why?! Could a rocking horse (or alligator) get any more spectacular?

* more greatness from sanna annukka *
There's no other artist/designer whose work I think is more fantastic and lovely than Sanna Annukka (and she's rather lovely looking herself...all the more reason to be envied). Here is some of her latest work. Her shop hasn't expanded much, but her repertoire of commercial packaging and product design has hit the fan (so has her press exposure)! I especially love the fact that she has corresponded with Marimekko; talk about a match made in heaven.
