Way cute Liberty of London products made for Target. I just bought three girls' dresses (in sizes 3T, 4T and 5T, all at about $15 each) plus a swimming suit for Jewell. Target seems to have gone hog-wild with this stuff, making everything from dining, bedding, home decor (mostly out of stock, sadly),Fashion, even bicycles. But you won't have much time to get sick of it because this stuff is flying out the window. So hurry down to your local Target or go online (most Liberty of London products are free shipping if you spend $50, not hard to do). Also, check out the fashion line's official site, Liberty.co.uk

I just saw these eggs in Living magazine, and have recommend you go check out that issue. As with all things from Martha Stewart, these "Spring Menagerie Eggs" are not as easy as they look! My family has tried something similar (but much simpler) in the past and it's hard. But these are sure cute. I would love to see photos of what real people come up with trying to follow this technique.

I feel obliged to post about Shade Maternity, because I keep running into women who have never heard of the Utah-based clothing line, Shade. They try one shirt and their lives are changed forever! If you're tall, long-waisted, or (especially) if you're pregnant, you want shirts that are LONG, not just kinda long. I pretty much live in these tees. My sister works at Crate & Barrel, so I'm always keeping an eye on what cool things they have. Land of Nod (their kids line) has so many great products and ideas to get your kid away from the TV and doing fun interactive things. Here are some of my finds to make learning letters and words more fun (for everyone).

We've all had this experience: you get a catalog and you WANT the crocheted bracelet, the velvet chair, the vintage stuffed elephant, that are the highlight of a display, only to discover the prop is not for sale. Serena & Lily addressed this problem by offering a collection of unique finds from things like flea markets and estate sales from around the world. This is their Bazaar collection. Out of my price range, but still inspiring. And it would be nice if other companies followed suit. (Thanks to my friend Rory for sharing this link).

My favorite girls' bedding set that I've seen is the "Brooke" bedroom set from Pottery Barn Kids (last image above). How cool is it that Target did a pretty good knock-off job! I know the Brooke set won't be around when Jewell moves to a twin-size bed, but for now I am excited to have just purchased the toddler "Love & Nature" bedding set from Target. I would also like to get the hedgehog beanbag chair. Especially since right now the whole collection is on sale (and it was already affordable to begin with). The toddler comforter and sheets set was only $22. Image below. The website says it's out of stock, but I was lucky to find one at the store.



All these owl sets would look great with a plush owl from either store, or even a unique one from Etsy, like this cutie from Manic Muffin:

Maybe you've seen Jeff Canham's work around before, but I just discovered it through the new Bazaar line at Serena & Lily (I'll be posting about that later). So cool! How could you not love this stuff?

All done! Finally. Now I just have to get a silkscreen artist to print these for me. I really want the print quality to be tops, and the final artwork to be large-scale. I'm planning to produce the posters in a boyish-color palette as well.
